Changing the floor in the Gozney DOME

Here is how I changed the floor in the Gozney DOME

Step 1

Remove the plate to get to the cords for electrical cords.

Step 2

Disconnect the cords. Recommend marking the cords, so you know where to attach them again. I marked them with numbers.

 

Step 3

Remove the 4 bolts underneath the oven.

Step 4

Then split the oven. Recommend that two people lift the top off and be careful with the cords.

 

Step 5

Remove the original stones and replace them with the Biscotto stones.

 

Step 6

Then do the reverse of the previous steps.

Step 7

Enjoy the new floor.
