Biscotto floor. Manually produced in Naples from a special clay blend mixed with volcanic ash using a centuries-old method. The Biscotto floor provides a more even heat advantage in the floor and enables pizza baking at temperatures up to 450 degrees on the floor without scorched pizza, which thus leads to reduced baking time and a juicier result.

Biscotto stone is not a perfectly carved stone.
Due to the fragile nature of the stone, we do not offer any guarantee on the stones. This is standard industry practice. If your stone comes broken, you must contact us immediately. This must be done within 48 hours. All shipments are insured.
