Second sorting Biscotto floor for 12" ovens.
Manually produced in Naples from a special clay blend mixed with volcanic ash using a centuries-old method. The Biscotto floor provides a more even heat advantage in the floor and enables pizza baking at temperatures up to 450 degrees on the floor without scorched pizza, which thus leads to reduced baking time and a juicier result.

The stone is shipped in reinforced cardboard boxes with biodegradable foam balls for with shock-absorbing materials to avoid breakage and safe transport.
